The Organon travels as a block: in the Syriac schools, logic was not a discipline but a fixed propaedeutic block welded to theological training, so it was copied as a single curricular object for over a millennium. Porphyry's Eisagoge, the Categories, and De interpretatione should move together; the later Organon should barely move at all; and the copying dates should cluster not in the translation age of the sixth and seventh centuries but in the early-modern revival, when the block was still being reproduced intact. Curricular fossilization becomes measurable as co-transmission topology plus a copying-date distribution with a startlingly late mode.
