Loss events

The evidenced shock library

Only what exists. This page lists every dated destruction event actually wired into a survival model, cited, and just as importantly, says which traditions have no shock term — including the Wave-5 decision to remove two borrowed placeholder shocks that were never genuinely evidenced for their traditions.

Wave 5 documented decision: the borrowed Byzantine placeholder shocks were tested against genuinely-researched, cited tradition-specific replacements and both still failed to identify the model; only removing the shock term entirely reached a genuine fit. loss_events is explicitly empty here, not silently absent.
